Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role will support a variety of company projects and tasks, including but not limited to human resources, sourcing and recruiting, applicant tracking system management, career board management, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Support: Assist with general administrative HR-related tasks such as onboarding, policy updates, and document creation.
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Assist in candidate sourcing and recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate research, outreach and communication, and interview scheduling.
- Applicant Tracking System & Career Board Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking system and career boards with current job openings and relevant information. Some light sales of job ads will be necessary.
- Engagement: Support employee, volunteer, and committee engagement initiatives and activities to foster collaboration and support through different spaces.
- Project Coordination: Assist with various projects across departments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and sourcing, project coordination, or human resources is a plus. Prefer 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment.

- Applicant Tracking Software
- And other software as identified
- Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly Rate: $21 - $27 per hour, commensurate with experience. Average weekly hours are estimated to start between 10-15 hours.
